Job description: Our Midtown Manhattan NY firm is seeking young professionals to join our growing practice. Our representatives and advisors strive to understand their clients’ goals and dreams in order to develop comprehensive solutions that will help their clients reach financial success. Even if you have no previous finance experience, we will help nurture and develop your sales and planning talents! (Our training program = Training Magazine’s “Training Top 125 Award” winner). You will be given the flexibility to build your own practice while receiving support and guidance from our firm’s exceptional network of financial specialists, training and educational programs, and mentors. Our coaches and mentors will be there to guide and train you. The training program is 4 years long and is very comprehensive. We will sponsor and pay for industry licenses.

Earn compensation through stipends, commissions, bonuses, repeat business and client retention. It allows you to control what you would want to earn at any given time in your career. To give you an idea, our financial professionals are making on average about $78,650 in their first year, and there is potential for much more. Average for years 1-4 is $113,737. We offer full comprehensive benefits including Health Insurance, dental and two retirement plans.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and assess each client’s financial information to accurately determine factors including financial status, cash flow, monetary expectations, financial goals, retirement plans, and additional factors related to wealth management
  • Make strategic product, plan, and investment recommendations and financial advice to help clients reach their monetary goals
  • Customize financial plans for each client based on his or her professional/work circumstances, life stage, and evolving financial needs
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for new clients acquired through proactive measures to seek, identify, and establish prospects
  • Be a coachable, organized team member interested in pursuing training development and educational opportunities

Qualifications

  • 4-year College Degree or higher (Ivy League a plus)
  • A pleasant attitude and dependable judgment
  • Values of integrity and honesty
  • Excellent communicator and relationship builder
  • Ability to work independently with a go-getter mindset

Compensation

$110,000
