About the Role
As an Executive Assistant, you will be the main point of contact for our three co-founders, key executives, and the company’s overall admin needs as you become a part of our fast-paced, high-growth environment. This position requires you to be highly skilled, confident and proactive when it comes to organization, execution, and communication.
Responsibilities
You will:
- Support our three co-founders and other key executives with various administrative tasks including booking internal and external meetings and preparing materials as necessary.
- Organize travel bookings and accommodations when business travel resumes.
- Manage our mail deliveries, outgoing packages and cheque runs.
- Support our physical office space; from ensuring folks can safely use the office during this pandemic period, to managing office supplies and room bookings when we’re all back together, you’ll be the hub for office activity.
- Proactively develop and maintain office and administrative policies and procedures.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Senior Administrative Assistant, or Office Manager
- Tech savviness — you’re adept at picking up new office software and technology platforms
- Highly attuned client support focus — you’re equally good at managing internal and external stakeholders with a high degree of professionalism
- Focused on continuous improvement — you’re constantly looking for ways to improve processes and procedures

- Salary: $52,500 – $57,500
- Performance Bonus: eligible for a performance-based bonus in June and December. Note that you will be eligible to participate in the first compensation review cycle that takes place after you’ve been in the role for six months.
- Equity compensation: Available subject to board approval, to be discussed.
- Paid Vacation: 3 weeks
