Job title: Enterprise Account Manager (Remote EST or CST)

Job description: We are looking for a skilled Account Manager who will be responsible for customer success activities such as relationship development, delivery of value/ROI and up-sell activities.
Please note that this role will require you to travel up to 25% of time which may include client visits, conferences, networking events and other work-relate events (post COVID)
** This role can be remote in the EST or CST time zones only.
What You Need for this Position
– BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
– 2+ years experience of account management, customer success, relationship management, consulting or a similar role at a SaaS or Healthcare IT company
– Experience working with large enterprise customers
– Excellent communicator in-person, on the phone, through e-mail and over web presentations
– Strategic thinker with the ability to think and respond quickly in front of customers
– Strong organizational skills with keen attention to details
– Strong experience in working with cross functional teams
– Passionate about consumer and the technologies that serve them
– Comfort and capabilities to lead upsell, pipeline and sales activities within accounts
– Comfort in a startup environment that moves quickly and ability to wear many hats in a dynamic environment
