This will be a remote position with the possibility of minimal travel. This is an exempt level position.

PM Questionnaire needs to be filled out and submitted with the resume.

Responsible for delivering End User Services Transformation program. Program Manager duties will include but are not limited to the following:
Understand high level End User Services processes, technology and toolsets, not limited to architectural reviews, compliance reviews and various project artifacts
Lead the team to define and manage the scope, schedule, budget and resources to successfully fulfill business and technical requirements to deliver the program
Facilitates in partnership with service owners and technical leads the creation of the program scope, approach, deliverables, milestone dates, budget, risks, resources and overall timeline.
Plan and manage transformation implementation projects by identifying tasks, resources delivery timelines, milestones, deliverables and success metrics
Manage project issues and risks to prevent potential barriers to project success, raise to leadership when warranted
Create and maintain relevant project documentation such as project charter/scope, project plans, status reports, financial trackers, and operational checklists including migration and technical design documents
Create and review vendor SOWs and track invoicing, manage budget
Create comprehensive deployment plans which oversee the deployment and ensure backout and rollback plans are created
Strong ability to manage project within defined scope and able to negotiate additional changes as a change request
Works across service line owners to understand key goals and priorities in order to assess potential relationships and dependencies to the current program for inclusion or close monitoring
Provides senior IT level presentations that clearly communicate various aspects about the program including, strategy, direction, status, risks and complexity to deliver desired outcome
Delivers regular accurate, concise and comprehensive updates on the program
Lead project status meetings with customer stakeholders and project teams on a regular basis
Leads regular steering committee updates for the program
Report up through the IT2025 parent program and sync up timelines, deliverables, and financials
Helps facilitate and coordinate major decisions that can influence or hinder the program as necessary
Provides general communication and awareness to the broader organization on the program, intended outcomes and progress.

Required Qualifications
Proficient in platforms like MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
10-15 years in Information Technology and IT Service Delivery
Experience in leading strategy development
Experience handling large scale migration/transformation projects
Knowledge of ITIL Service Management
Familiarity with organizational change management including end user training
Experience creating and implementing plans per project goals and objectives
Demonstrates a high degree of customer service and teamwork
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience working in a highly matrixed organization
Ability to effectively communicate to project, sponsors, and leadership
