What You Will Be Doing
– Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns
– Develop plans to drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention and loyalty via email and on-site campaigns
– Manage and copy edit all email campaigns and communication
– Own the Company brand and maintain brand integrity across all marketing efforts
– Track and analyze website traffic flow and keep leadership informed through regular internal reporting
– Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time or improving conversion
– Continuously work on the Search Engine Optimization of the website(s)
– Create online banner adverts and oversee pay per click (PPC) and CPA ad management
– Drive a lean startup style environment of constant experimentation, testing and learning
