Job description: Our east-end client is looking for a bilingual engineer looking to spearhead the creation and development of an exciting new project! If you are looking for an opportunity that offers a flexible schedule, the opportunity to lead a team to achieve its goals, and the chance to create and design a system from scratch, this is the role for you.
Duties:
– Develop and manage maintained system
– Plan and coordinate activities that will facilitate production
– Analyze issues with quality and work with team to develop and input improvements
– Support the production and maintenance of equipment
– Coordinate with service employees when it comes to ordering spare parts and emergency services
Experience:
– Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment;
– Relevant experience in the development & implementation of a maintenance system;
– Experience with the use and implementation of preventative maintenance software;
– Experience with CAD systems (AutoCAD & Inventor) is considered an asset;
Competencies:
– Knowledge of programming languages is considered an asset;
– Strong skills in communication & decision making while maintaining professionalism and interpersonal relationships
– French & English Bilingual (Oral and Written)
