What You Will Be Doing
This position reviews residential mortgage loans and makes sure the loans meet/exceed industry guidelines for the highest of investment caliber and justifiable risk.
What You Need for this Position
3+ Years of experience with:
– Underwriting with Active Certifications
– VA
– FHA
– USDA
– Conventional
Additional Skills:
-Non-Qm
-Jumbo
-Communication Experience with Brokers/Lenders/Banks
-Writing Exceptions
