Job title: Data Quality/ Contract Analyst (Contract)

Job description: Review retail contracts and identify the legal entity name to establish(a) the appropriate responsible party and (b) determine the credit rating/ risk. This is part of the EP&G integration process for the corporate credit requirement workstream.
This is a CONTRACT POSITION.
Your employment will be held by a third-party company of ENGIE’s choosing. Any offered contract role will not constitute an offer for nor guarantee of future employment with ENGIE.
Duration:
- 3 Months
Compensation:
- $40-45 Hourly
Location: Woodmere, NY (Remote)
What you’ll do:
- Review contracting party name on each contract and underlying utility account names to ensure correct legal entity name is on the contract
- Validate the legal entity name with respective State registration or credit rating agency
- Review signature panel to ensure that the appropriate authorized signature is on the contract
- Work with pertinent parties (sales team, brokers) to collect the necessary documents needed to validate contracts that have discrepancies or are incomplete
- Review findings with the Director of Compliance
- Compile list of corrections
- Work with the IT- Operations team in uploading corrective list into the Enerforce system
What you bring:
- 0 – 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong verbal, written and phone communication skills
- Professional and personable demeanor
- Attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills required.

- Ability to meet highest attendance requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally
- Ability to handle multiple assignments on a timely basis with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to use personal computer, calculator, etc.
- Could involve some lifting
