Recruiting for Data Analyst position for a leading Canadian Bank.
This role will be responsible for data analysis including scope determination, reporting and remediation support for an upcoming project

What is the job?
- Provide business intelligence support and supporting areas by means of both repeatable and ad hoc reporting delivery reports (charts, graphs, tables, etc) that enable informed business decisions
- Analyze large amounts of data and give meaningful insights
- Responsible for KPI reporting, creating dashboards & executive-level report
What do you bring to the job?
- 2+ years of experience as Data Analyst (data reporting/fulfilling business analyst related responsibilities, analyzing large amounts of data)
- 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office suite: Outlook, Access, SharePoint(integrating with Access or Database), PowerPoint, Excel (Advanced)
- Excel functions: VBA/Macros, Powerquery, Fuzzy Match, Pivot tables (advanced), Joining tables, Advanced formulas
- 2+ years of experience using Tableau or PowerBI reporting (data analytics & visualization)
- 2+ years of experience using Experience in reporting KPIs and reconciling large data sets
- 2+ years of experience using Experience creating dashboards and executive-level reports
- Experience working at a global financial institution is an asset
- Nice to have Familiarity with KYC/AML/Trade Reporting regulations experience
- Experience working with and reconciling Capital Markets or Institutional client transactions data is an asset
