Job description: Customer Service Representative Level 1 – Remote position
START DATE: October 4th, 2021
We are currently looking for 13 Customer Service Representatives (no sales) for one of our clients. If you are the right one for us, you will have very good communication skills you will have outstanding customer service skills and the ability to multi-task. You will also have strong organization skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
What is in it for you:
- Salary: $16.50 per hour
- 100 % remote position
- A full paid training
- 6 months contract with possibility of extension or permanency
- Full time between Monday to Friday, on rotation between 8 am and 10 pm

What you will need to succeed:
- High School Diploma is required
- Good communication skills
- 1 year experience in customer service environment
- Confidence in your aptitude to learn and apply information quickly
- Demonstrated experience in dealing with difficult situations and problem solving
- Ability to learn a variety of computer systems is required
- Ability to identify callers needs quickly and provide resolution
- Positive attitude and willingness to take direction
- Coverage on Canadian statutory holidays may be required
- Reliable high speed Internet required
A day in the life of a Customer Service Representative:
- Responsible for handling client and advisor inquiries, requests, and problems
- Research and resolve high volumes of inbound telephone and internet inquiries to effectively meet the diverse needs of customers, within established productivity goals and specified turnaround times.
- Demonstrate sensitivity, empathy, responsiveness, and creativity to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Escalate issues to Management to ensure customer expectations are met when standard procedures are inadequate in meeting specific needs
- Overtime is required during peak periods
