This year, our team is growing as we take on a growing number of clients. Our hard-working and motivated team works on many different homes for a variety of clients doing window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and power washing services. Everyone on our team also learns how to perform some sales roles on the job site. Through their experience, our team undergoes significant growth in their communication skills, team workability, and leadership development, while getting in good exercise and learning how to clean windows/do general home maintenance like a pro.
Responsibilities:
-Being punctual and arriving to the job site with the needed equipment
-Cleaning interior windows from inside of houses
-Cleaning exterior windows from outside of the house
-Cleaning eavestroughs and soffits
-Pressure washing
-Provide excellent customer service
-Collect payment
Qualifications:
-Ability to work on ladders at heights
-Needs to be motivated and perseverant
-No work experience necessary
-No previous experience is necessary, you will be provided comprehensive training.
Schedule:
-Begins on May 1st 2021 through the end of August
-8-10 hours per day
-Weekdays
-Weekends
Compensation:
-$16-18/hour starting hourly rate
-Opportunity for pay raises and bonuses dependant on performance
-$5,000,000 liability insurance on the job site

Expected salary: $16 – 18 per hour
