SUMMARY:
Sr. Full Cycle Technical Recruiter needed to Find Active & Passive Engineering & IT Talent for a highly respected Financial Services Org. You’ll interface directly with the Talent Acquisition Manager & play a pivotal role on the Hiring Team attracting passive and active talent in a highly competitive and exciting candidate marketplace. The Full Cycle Recruiter will work in tandem with the sourcing team and HR to fuel the talent in order to build highly sophisticated next-generation FinTech solutions.
This is a long-term contract position with the chance to convert to a Full-Time role.
REQUIREMENTS:
***1. Minimum of 5 Yrs. of Technical Recruitment experience specifically hiring for Software Engineers & other Technical talents in a large, highly-competitive Metropolitan-Area. Experience recruiting for Talent in the Greater Seattle Area & New York City is ideal)***
2. Experience handling multiple requirements at once in a Corporate Recruiting environment and efficiently managing time and setting expectations with candidates and hiring managers.
3. Talent Research & Sourcing: ATS, HRIS, CRM, job sites, out-of-the-box sourcing methods, networking events, virtual hiring events, etc.
4. Proven Hiring Metrics and ability to formulate comprehensive hiring strategy in partnership with HR & other relevant stakeholders across the organization.
5. Demonstrates outstanding ability to build rapport and sell candidates on the benefits of working at the organization in a highly competitive market with other conflicting offers, variables, etc.
(Rate is 40-77/HR w2) ; (Depending on Level of Experience)

Expected salary: $40 – 77 per hour
