Marketing Specialist responsibilities include:
- Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns
- Conducting research and analysing data to identify and define audiences
- Devising and presenting ideas and strategies
- Promotional activities
- Compiling and distributing financial and statistical information
- Writing and proofreading creative copies
- Maintaining websites and looking at data analytics
- Organising events and product exhibitions
- Updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Coordinating internal marketing and an organisation’s culture
- Proposing and keeping within a budget for the country
- Monitoring performance
- Managing campaigns on social media
Requirements
- Between 2 and 4 years of professional experience in a similar role, preferable in digital agency
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Advertising / Business
- Great communication skills and capability of building valuable relationships with different stakeholders
- Teamwork skills
- Capability of adapting to a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organization and planning skills
- Writing skillls
- Commercial awareness
- Good numerical and IT skills
