Job description: Butler Hospitality – Controller

About Butler

Butler Hospitality is a technology startup that is digitizing and “consumerizing” the backbone of the hospitality (hotel) industry. The company starts with the unbundling of F&B, as it is one of the largest buckets of value (consumer spend at a hotel) and a pure cost center for +95% of all hotels as the entry point. The company offers hotels the unique ability to cut costs, improve customer experience and add functionality in the form of digital consumer touchpoints. Butler is able to do this by aggregating F&B demand across multiple hotels (thousands of rooms) and servicing them from centralized kitchens at a few select hotels (hubs).

Currently serving over 175 hotels and 40,000 keys in NYC, Chicago, Miami, and Washington DC, Butler will expand to ten additional markets by the end of 2021.
