Job description: Commercial Litigation Law Clerk (Remote) – #15100

Responsibilities:
– Run files end to end with minimal supervision;
– Draft a wide range of court documents, including Pleadings, Affidavits etc;
– Perform various aspects of legal research;
– Liaise with the eDiscovery team to review documents in the electronic database;
– Interact professionally with clients and colleagues; and
– Any other duties as required.
Requirements:
– A Law Clerk diploma/certification from a recognize institution;
– 5+ years relevant experience in commercial litigation or insurance defence;
– Excellent organization and attention to detail;
– Fantastic communication skills, written and verbal;
– Knowledge of iManage and Elite would be an asset; and
– First class grammar, spelling and proofreading skills.
