We are actively searching for the next Client Experience Coordinator or Team Lead to join the team and be part of the growth and excitement.

This candidate embodies the Aligned Life company philosophy in the retail operation of the designer showroom and administration of the paperless clinic and spa.

About the Position

The Client Experience Coordinator and Team Lead positions are client-facing roles, which require providing a superior client service experience. The successful candidate will ensure clients are received into the showroom with eloquence, and be welcomed into Align’s brand story. You excel in leading, managing, and holding people accountable and you have excellent communication, client acquisition, client service, sales, and merchandising skills.

Office administration skills required include handling of client files, appointment booking, scanning, and data entry. Strong office skills are required, including light bookkeeping, data management, and point of sale transactions. Must have the ability to quickly and effectively operate Microsoft Windows and Office, as well as quickly learn new clinic-specific software. Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must. Interest in fashion is a must. Experience in medical administration and health insurance billing is a bonus. Training is provided.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience

  • College or University level of education
  • Minimum of two years recent administrative and/or retail management experience

Preferred Assets

  • Customer service, administrative and retail work experience
  • Previous medical administrative experience
  • Office Administration designation
  • Work experience in both a retail and medical environment
  • Footwear retail

Knowledge and Skills

  • Superior attention to detail
  • A dynamic, charismatic, congenial personality who can deliver luxury client service
  • Ability to communicate effectively in a professional and courteous manner, in-person, on the phone, and digitally
  • Ability to work patiently and cooperatively with a variety of clientele
  • Proven ability to initiate, problem-solve, and prioritize
  • Well-organized, flexible and has the ability to adapt to evolving nature of the business
  • Ability to cope with conflicting demands and frequent interruptions
  • Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and work additional hours when required
  • Quick learner who can work independently under minimal supervision
  • A willingness to continue to learn and adapt in an evolving role
  • Proficiency or capability in learning and using a Client Relationship Management software
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Minimum of 45 w.p.m. typing experience
  • Microsoft Office skills

Compensation Package:

Work hours are 40 hours per week, depending on your level of success in the role. Must be available to work Saturdays, from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m., as needed.

Starting remuneration ranges from $17-$25 per hour.
