Qualifications:
- ** Minimum of 1-year experience working at Nursing Facility**
- Non-Expired Government Issued Identification
- Work Authorization Documentation (Social Security Card, Passport, Green Card, Resident Card)
- CNA License
- Current Physical and PPD (within 6 months)
- MMR
- Reliable transportation
