Required Documents Needed to get Started:
- Current HHA or PCA Certificate
- Active CPR Card
- Annual Physical
- PPD or Chest X-ray
- MMR Vaccine
- 2 Professional References
- Must have at least 3 months of prior experience working with the elderly
- MUST PRESENT A NEGATIVE COVID TEST WITHIN TIME OF VISIT
