Commercial Business Analyst
Provide analytical insights, deepen stakeholder partnerships and help set strategic direction for the Company’s Commercial Enablement business intelligence & analytics platforms and programs. Perform in-depth analysis and collaborate with multiple teams to optimize data management, information, visibility and visualization translating into business growth. Work with other business teams as needed to support various growth initiatives.
Responsibilities:
· Deliver a broad set of monthly reports and analyses to a variety of business functions, especially pertaining to field and remote equipment service teams
· Perform SQL queries, data transformations and analyses of business activities
· Create and analyze various viewpoints & critical KPI measures
· Build or work with IT/data architects to optimally construct and integrate data across systems, platforms and sub-teams
· Automate and transform data dependent processes. Drive scale, control, simplification and eliminate process variation and waste.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelors degree in Mathematics, Computer information systems, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, or related field required
· 5+ years Analytics or equivalent experience building foundational data and translating into action taking insights
· Grasps fundamental database design and data management (table/view & query building) concepts
· Capable of reducing large multi-dimensional data sets into more manageable, insightful, and interpretable data.
· Proficient data manipulation/coding experience (SQL, Excel or similar experience).
· High degree of attention to detail; ability to confirm correct results.
Job Preferred Qualifications:
· Proficient with BI/Analytics tools – SQL, Excel, VBA, etc.
· Ability to generate analyses from existing reports, work instructions, etc.
· Experience working with CRM tools a plus.
Pay Rate: $30.00 per hour
