About the Role:
As a Bike Courier, you will be responsible for delivering medications to our patients. You will collaborate with our Operations and Logistics teams to ensure flawless and reliable deliveries.
- Collaborate with our Operations and Logistics teams and utilize technology and routing tools to deliver medications to our patients.
- Abide by New York City Department of Transportation safety regulations for a bicycle courier.
- Engage with and understand our customers, including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication.
- Meet company operating policies and standards, including providing best in class customer service.
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Requirements:
- You must have your own bike and be at least 18 years old.
- You must be able to ride a bicycle in all weather conditions for extended periods of time (from 4 – 8 hours depending on shift length).
- You possess the ability to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
- You possess the ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
- You must have a Smart Phone with downloadable app capability and be familiar with technology and routing tools.
