Job Description
This position provides a range of analytical and administrative support to the Technology & Data (T&D) Business Management Office. Reporting to the Manager, T&D Business Management Office. The role supports T&D leaders and management to effectively manage the workforce and execute the workforce strategy, performs day-to-day operational workforce tasks, provides training and support to resource/project managers and develops effective reporting. The Associate T&D Business Management Office will:
Analysis
- Review resource plan and monthly forecast with leaders and resource managers in the Technology & Data organization to ensure resources are accurately planned
- Perform resource analysis and provide insights on demand & supply and highlight thematic issues to T&D management
- Assist T&D management to manage the workforce resources (both internal and external) and their associated costs and to ensure they are aligned with T&D workforce strategy
- Manage resource costs in form of Actual, Budget and Forecast and analyze variances to understand cost drivers
- Prepare and develop effective reporting and trend analysis in regular and/or ad hoc basis utilizing various sources of information
Execute
- Maintain resource data records and attributes in the resource management system (Planview) and reconcile resource information with HR book of record weekly and ensure resource information are accurate and up-to-date
- Manage the time tracking and monthly chargeback process; ensure timesheets are submitted on time and prepare the monthly chargeback report to Finance
- Provide training to resource/ project managers on the resource and project management system (Planview) and Business Management Office processes
- Support and assist users by responding to inquiries related to the resource and project management system (Planview) and Business Management Office processes.
- Develop and keep training material, knowledge base and FAQs up to date
Qualifications
If you possess the following, we’d like to hear from you:
- Postsecondary education in business, technology or related discipline
- Minimum of three (3) years of relevant work experience in a similar role providing administrative and analytical support
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines
- Highly motivated to take initiative and learn new skills
- Strong problem solving and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly MS Excel
- Exemplifies our Guiding Principles of integrity, partnership and high performance
