Job Description
We are searching for an Advisor, Talent Acquisition to join our global talent acquisition team for a 6-month contract role. Reporting to the Senior Manager Experienced Hires, you will be responsible for full cycle experienced hire recruiting, with a particular focus on our Technology & Data group.
Global Talent Acquisition leads recruitment activities globally for both experienced hires and new graduates. The team advises hiring managers on the optimal approach to source, recruit, and assess candidates and trains them on interview techniques and closing activities
Role-Specific Accountabilities
- Leading end-to-end recruitment, including working with Hiring Managers to develop the recruitment strategy, managing the interview process and candidates, and leading the offer process and negotiation.
- Sourcing, mapping, managing and interviewing global candidates at multiple levels for multiple businesses.
- Identifying core capabilities for successful hires and generating interview/candidate assessment content (interview guides and decision tools) to measure those capabilities / potential.
- Real-time use of Applicant Tracking System to manage candidates and recruitment process.
- Managing internal client relationships for selected groups and departments.
- Collaborating with colleagues to recruit across other groups and departments, depending on relative hiring demands.
Qualifications
- 3+ years full cycle technology recruitment experience
- Experience managing candidates through the recruitment process, including negotiating offers.
- Stellar candidate management skills gained from experience landing passive and highly sought after global talent.
- Demonstrated experience recruiting passive candidates using multiple online resources, networking, and database mining.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and effective influencing skills.
- Experience working with interview teams and managing up and across the organization.
Strong candidate assessment skills and proven track record of successful hires.
