Responsibilities
Scanning/Uploading Invoices to Yardi
Verify expense reports uploaded in Yardi
Prepare Semi-Monthly AP reports
Create manual payments to clear paid invoices in AP
Communicate with senior business leads
Ad hoc tasks as needed
Qualifications
1 year+ Accounts Payable experience
Ability to work in a fast paced environment in a well organized manner
Proficient in MS Office Suite and Outlook
Experience with Yardi and Chrome River considered an asset
