Our client is a fast pace, boutique financial consulting firm serving Professional Athletes & Entertainers as well as other High-Net Worth individuals. They deliver services including financial planning, budgeting, projections, bill pay, bookkeeping, record keeping, cash flow management, and risk management services.
Main responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Daily management of the client experience
- Client bookkeeping, bill pay, invoicing, AP’s/AR’s, client reporting, file management, management of client bank accounts/credit facilities and collaboration with outside professionals

Job Requirements:
- University Degree or College Diploma in accounting/business/finance
- 5+ years experience
- Proficient in Quickbooks Online and Quickbooks Desktop
- Financial services experience is an asset
- PFP/CFP/CA certifications is an asset
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel/Numbers, Word/Pages, Power Point/ Keynote
- Exemplify the highest level of integrity/ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to manage time, balance competing priorities/deadlines while completing work accurately and in a timely fashion
- Works well under pressure and is detail oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Expected salary: $70000 per year
