About The Role

  • Convert the great leads passed through our Marketing and Sales Operations teams, using consultative telephone techniques, great demos and webinars
  • Nurture the sales funnel and increase conversion
  • Create a great first impression by providing prospects with a world-class consultation experience
  • Develop strong relationships with decision makers and key stakeholders, working alongside colleagues to ensure a seamless buying and deployment process
  • Develop a successful buyer journey, supporting and creating a positive experience for your customers, mitigating contraction churn and cancellation

About you (what we are looking for):

  • Bilingual (ideally) Preference will be given to Bilingual Candidates
  • Demonstrable previous success in a B2B sales role, predominantly liaising with customers over the phone
  • Drive – Energy – Enthusiasm – They hire on culture and have a very team-oriented culture
  • Ideally previous experience with complex but shorter sales-cycles and selling into the SMB space
  • Eager to learn and very coachable (looks for feedback and can’t wait to put it into practice
  • Proven ability to consistently exceed sales targets
  • Can build and manage relationships with key stakeholders and strategic partners at all levels
  • Knowledge of the accounting and bookkeeping industry (preferred)
