You will mainly be required to recruit candidates for a wide variety of positions across accounting, marketing, operations, and technology fields. You might have just found your next job, if you’re a candidate will skill at both recruiting functions and a variety of personnel related administrative tasks, including providing clerical support to the HR department. – Administering various administrative duties
– Identifying and filtering candidates through various sources and platforms
– Coming up with and posting job opportunity advertisements

Job Requirements:
– You can do this job if you have proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms
– Willing to work as part of a team or independently and have the drive to take on a variety of tasks and projects
– Microsoft Excel experience highly desired
– Sourcing recruitment experience preferred
– Foundational knowledge in navigating basic office equipment and protocols
– Adeptness in Microsoft Word
– Proficiency in high volume recruitment
– Demonstrated knowledge of switchboard phones from 1-10 lines
– Recruiting experience desired
– Qualified in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
– Knowledgeable when it comes to writing reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals
– The person we select will have to be highly professional; able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity
– 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
