The new hire will be responsible for processing the accounts payable and receivable, while assisting the accounting department and performing administrative duties.

Responsibilities:
- Owning the AP and AR invoicing process and communicate efficiently with all parties involved
- Processing visa transactions
- General office duties such as taking calls and greeting guests
- Sorting and handling mail
- Provide administrative support when needed, while supporting the accounting department
Job Requirements
- 2+ years experience in AP, AR, bookkeeping, or a similar role
- Strong experience in Quickbooks required
- Attention to detail and superb communications skills
