Interface with customers and identify their needs in the entire customer engagement cycle (pre-sales, integration, operations). Design use-cases that would fit their needs by crossing business and domain knowledge with data science and our product expertise. Work in close collaboration with Inpher’s product and business teams to ensure present and future customer success.
What You Will Do
- Take ownership of multiple client relationships simultaneously and manage competing priorities
- Cultivate a close collaborative partnership with each client and champion their interests
- Plan and launch new projects, drive results, and deliver value for our clients
- Facilitate the adoption, optimization, and integration of XOR
- Assess and qualify customer leads from a technical standpoint
- Build and assist the development of the first data pipelines for the clients to exhibit the potential of the product
- Design and implement tailored data science and data-pipeline solutions that fits exactly the client needs
- Represent customer centric viewpoints to shape product vision
- Work closely with DevOps to ensure availability of infrastructure and operational capabilities to support a customer
- Technical account and project management from the beginning to the end of a customer engagement
Requirements
What You Have Done
- Bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred) in Computer Science or related field, at least 2 years of experience highly preferred
- Great project management and communication skills
- Extensive knowledge of common ML algorithms and models, patterns as a data scientist
- Extensive knowledge of Python and its use as a data analyst
- Good understanding of cloud infrastructure, especially of GCP
- Good understanding of on-premise software deployments constraints
- Good understanding of the service architecture, especially of HTTP REST apis
- Good debugging skills
Location and Travel
There is currently one opening for this role. Candidates interested in joining our New York office must have authorization to work in the United States. This role can be remote but candidate would preferably spend part or all time in our office located at 36 W 25th St, near the Flatiron Building and Madison Square Park. The office is easily accessible by the 6, N, W, F, and M 23rd St stops and PATH trains. It’s a 10 minute walk to Penn Station for LIRR and NJT.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee will regularly travel between the US and Switzerland and also for on-site assignments with customers.
Expected salary: $100000 – 160000 per year
