Job description: Production IT Support
Responsibilities
- Application Support.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Create/release tracking sheets
- Dropping item files into the right folders through Remote Desktop connection.
- Assist Production floor in troubleshooting basic computer issues.
- Responsible for responding to users’ emails and calls on issues and managing users’ accounts/rights.
- Creating operator badges for all production areas’ operators/associates and material handlers to be scan jobs on machines and other handheld devices and Data collectors.
- Create QA Job templates/tests
- Updating resources and network devices.
- Provide help to Quality Support team on Production floor.
- working up to 12 hrs of overtime per week
- working weekends
Skills
- LAN (1 year of experience is preferred)
- WAN (1 year of experience is preferred)
- HTML (1 year of experience is preferred)
- Microsoft Office (3 years of experience is preferred)
- Window servers (2 years of experience is preferred)
- Hardware (1 year of experience is preferred)
- Software (2 years of experience is preferred)
- Remote Desktop (2 years of experience is preferred)
