This role is fully remote with travel as needed to clients and corporate offices in Colorado.

What You Will Be Doing
You will drive and deliver quality and scalable solutions for our customer implementations. You will also provide implementation support for key business application goals to support the delivery of comprehensive solutions and integration with other systems in the overall client solution architecture.
Responsibilities:
– Interact daily with business users to understand business processes and key requirements, proactively work to resolve client issues
– Document current and future business process flows.
– Create technical documentation, including ERDs, data flow diagrams, and business process flows.
– Participate in the creation of clear, concise, and complete functional specifications & requirements documents.
– Participate in the analysis of systems specifications and use analysis / diagramming tools to represent business / technical processes
– Provide architectural oversight on multiple customer engagements and ensure solutions meet standards
– Perform application configuration, testing, and evaluation to ensure quality and consistency
– Maintain an understanding of third party systems and cloud integration tools and methods.
– Recommend changes in development, maintenance and standards
– Train user personnel in the use of our system
– Identify data and system gaps
– Prepare and perform data conversion requirements
– Work directly and effectively with client implementation team
– Assist project managers with project implementation tasks
– Analyze and update the configuration of our application to address the business requirements.
– Lead both in person and remote sessions with key client stakeholders from business or technical audiences.
What You Need for this Position
Qualifications:
– BS in CS, Engineering, Business or similar
– 5-8+ years in Business Systems/IT as a functional analyst implementing systems in the Quote to Cash ecosystem (Oracle CC&B, NetSuite, Dynamics, Salesforce, Apttus, etc.
– Experience as an implementation/solutions consultant/architect or similar
– SQL Queries
– IT, Cloud concepts, integrations/web services, relational database design
– Large data processing, scalability, UI/UX
– Software platforms/frameworks and associated solutioning approaches such as Salesforce.com, NetSuite, Dynamics
