Job description: Based in Pennsylvania, we are a leading Credit Rating Provider and Nationally Recognized Statistical Ratings Organization. We have a great team of quantitative analysts and software developers working to make our ratings platform better than ever. Due to explosive growth, we are looking to bring on at least 2-3 talented Software Engineers to our close-knit team. The ideal candidate will have experience in frontend development and also knowledge of backend in Python/Django. This is an exciting role as we continue to grow and we look forward to meeting you.
**Eastern Time Zone 100% remote!!**
What You Will Be Doing
– Collaborate with and across Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions using front end development tools and technologies.
– Perform software development on Front End Applications leveraging a test-driven development pattern.
– Own the technical design and development of cross-functional, multi-platform application systems.
– Share your passion for staying on top of tech trends, experimenting with and learning new technologies, participating in internal & external technology communities.
– Collaborate with digital product managers, and deliver robust local or cloud-based solutions that drive powerful experiences to help millions of Americans achieve financial empowerment.
– Work on one or more projects to develop web applications for both internal and external use.
What You Need for this Position
2-3+ years of experience in the following:
– JavaScript
– Angular / React / Node / TypeScript
– HTML/CSS
– Response and Adaptive Design
– Web Application Development
– Python / Django / Umbraco
– Working with Customers to formulate and build
– Python / Django full-stack with data visualization
– Bachelor’s degree in related field
