Manpower is partnered with a Top Bank seeking an HR Operations Analyst.

Details:

1 year contract, potential for hire

$26 per hour

Remote for now, potential to go back to office

Typical Day in Role:

1. Maintenance/integrity of the CWM Program and data by:

*On an ongoing basis, enhancing the CWM Program reporting capabilities provided to stakeholders by focusing on continuous improvement (i.e. is there a more effective/efficient way to maintain and manipulate the contractor and employee data)

*Employing verification processes to ensure accuracy of reports provided

*Accountable for data collection, analysis and the formulation of recommendations

2. Providing ongoing intelligence (compiling, analyzing and interpreting data across multiple internal and external systems).

*Design and development of the CWM Program reporting based on Stakeholder needs and process requirements. This requires data mining and overall analysis and summary of information as well as collaborating with internal customers to identify and develop business focused and best in class approaches to consistently report contractor data

*Streamlining data collection and analysis processes to provide greater efficiencies

*Providing standard weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to Stakeholders (HR, IT Finance, Project Controls, AGS, Procurement, Security, etc,) to display contractor data (i.e. time tracking, accruals, historical and outstanding contracts, pending contracts, contract budgets vs spend, funding sources, approval chains, hierarchy, etc.)

*Proactively providing ongoing analytics and proactively and reactively providing ongoing support.

*Collaborating with internal customers/stakeholders to identify and develop business focused and best in class approaches to consistently report contractor data

3. Managing day to day operations of internal client support for the Program

*Managing and supporting the CWM user mailbox, providing training to new support team members, guidance and coordination of support team activities

*Acting as key point of contact and support in relation to contractor data for Global Recruitment, AGS and internal customers

*Supporting the organization and business lines by providing reports and recommendations that align with their current and potential business needs

*Assisting with implementing changes to operating procedures and systems to increase efficiency

4. Providing in-depth qualitative analysis and resolution expertise for time tracking, funding, invoicing and payments related to contractors in the Program

*Analyzing detailed data to resolve errors in funding, time tracking, accruals, invoicing and payments

*Using program expertise to liaise with necessary parties to reach and execute resolutions for errors to ensure timely payments are made as appropriate

5. Providing ongoing support and end-to-end process expertise to HR, AGS, IT Finance, Project Control and internal groups on internal process and system improvements

*Assisting with implementing changes to operating procedures per the numerous touchpoints and systems to increase overall Program efficiency and future state expansion

Must Have Skills/Requirements:

1) 5+ yrs relevant work experience in a similar role

2) 1-2+ yrs’ HR related experience with high level of knowledge of HR system reporting

Expected salary: $26 per hour
