Job description: RCA Healthcare Management is seeking a Pool Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support our facilities located throughout New York State which includes Allegany, East Aurora, Gasport, Orchard Park, Painted Post and Westfield.

ABOUT US:
Absolut Care is comprised of 6 senior living facilities located throughout New York State which includes five skilled nursing facilities and one assisted living facility. Our facilities are located in Allegany, East Aurora, Gasport, Orchard Park, Painted Post and Westfield. We offer a variety of services including subacute rehab, long-term care, and hospice.
ABOUT THE POSITION:
The successful candidate will have a variety of duties, including but not limited to:
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in accordance with resident are plans and procedures and follow departmental policies and procedures
- Deliver direct care to patients through patient care such as bathing, toileting, feeding, grooming, etc.
- Follow direction and instruction given by the RN or LPN in charge.
- Maintain patient comfort and safety as well as safety, environmental, and infection control standards
- Assist residents with daily tasks, take care of personal needs of residents
- Additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Current New York State Nurses Aide Certification required
- Experience in long term care preferred
- Must be flexible, punctual, professional, and reliable
- Strong customer service skills and compassion
