Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Able to conduct research and analysis to arrive at solutions to business problems posed by leadership
- Able to gather and write product and business requirements
- Able to and interested in learning quickly
- Able to excel in a face-paced environment with little structure with a team of smart and passionate individuals
- Knowledge of project management best practices and ability to implement them in a thoughtful manner suited to our current phase of growth
- Able to garner buy-in from other team members to ensure that proposed processes are adopted
- Interested in supporting the infrastructure of a fast-moving team
Experience level:
- 5+ years of experience
- Looking for experience at start-ups or other fast-moving companies that are light on structure
- Looking for folks who played a role in implementing new processes and who worked directly with senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience with requirements gathering and documentation, performing competitive analysis, research and benchmarking.

Expected salary: $135000 – 145000 per year
