About the Opportunity
Our private sector client requires a dedicated Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist for a permanent/full-time opportunity.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc.
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media tools, etc.
- Screen candidates’ resumes and job applications
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
About You
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Diploma or Certificate in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least 2 years recruiting experience required, high volume recruitment preferred
- A strong understanding of the recruitment process
- Fluent English (speak, read, write), fluent French (speak)
- Strong computer skills (MS Office Suite & HRIS) including data entry and reporting
- Enhanced reliability security clearance
- Outstanding communication and listening skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- High level of confidentiality, discretion and professionalism
- Strong customer/client service orientation
- Strong follow-up skills
- Strong organization and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Keen attention-to-detail
- Results and target-oriented with the ability to work under-pressure
- High level of initiative with adaptability to rapidly changing demands
About the Job
This is a permanent full-time position, offering $45,000 per year with a full benefits package.
