Job description: A well-established full-service accounting firm in Mississauga, Ontario, has immediate need for an experienced Full Cycle Bookkeeper with experienced skill level; with a minimum of a Bookkeeper Certificate and/or Accounting Certificate and/or Diploma. Must have a Can Do, Will Do attitude!
Job Requirements:
Requirements:
· 5+ years of experience with performing full cycle bookkeeping for multiple businesses in various industries.
· Prepare monthly financial statements.
· Experienced in administration of Canadian payroll, and monthly remittances, and the preparation and filing of all government remittances (payroll deductions, HST, WSIB and EHT).
· Provide files and reports as requested to support annual year-end financial statement preparation.
· Responding to queries and correcting errors identified by manager/owner.
· Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online, Xero online and desktop and Sage 50.
· High level proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced abilities in Excel, including Pivot Tables, V-look-up and Sum If formulas would be an asset.
· Experience with personal and corporate taxes would be an asset.
· Driver’s License & Car
Skills
· Knowledge of Excel, Dropbox
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
· Organized and able to work independently, and maintain professional judgment while problem solving.
· Strong attention to detail.

Expected salary: $35000 – 50000 per year
