– Regular hours of operation are Monday through Saturday – weekdays 9 am – 6pm and Saturdays 10 am – 2pm; this Pharmacy Manager will work 4 days x 9 hours per week and will rotate on the Saturdays a couple of times per month.

Responsibilities
– Ensuring compliance with College of Pharmacy requirements
– Ensuring service excellence in pharmacy service delivery and patient care in a community setting; providing direct patient care
– Working alongside the team as required to support operations and service
– Supporting business planning and plan implementation at the pharmacy level to maintain and grow the pharmacy business
– Completing administrative duties relating to pharmacy management, reporting and related
– Coordinating the overall operation and daily activities in collaboration with other leaders in the pharmacy organization (corporate pharmacy)
Qualifications
– Licensed Pharmacist in SK and in good standing with the College of Pharmacy
– Minimum of two years’ experience as a Pharmacist in Canada, ideally with some experience as a Pharmacy Leader in a community setting
– Operations know-how and experience including compliance, people, process, financials and business development/growth, KPI measurement and ensuring standards are met and implemented
– Strong communication, patient service, organizational, time management, multi-tasking and interpersonal skills
– Experience using Kroll software is an asset
