Job title: Administrator – Light Bookkeeping Burlington

Job description: We are looking for an Administrator to be the first point of contact on a busy phone line who will uphold the company’s fun, energetic and inspired brand.

Looking for an in-office, 9-4:40 pm Monday to Friday full-time role with a fun, creative, hardworking bunch?
This role will pay $38-$40 K benefits, negotiable.
Duties to include, in no particular order:
- Verify sales leads and distribute to design staff with the best fit to win the project
- Provide information and exceptional customer service. Build strong relationships with customers and ensure their needs are met
- Ensure all new leads are responded to the same day (if they arrive during business hours), or quickly the next morning
- Oversee accurate input of data for new leads. i.e lead source
- Document with video capture all procedures of CRM lead mapping, generating reports, and invoicing
- Book consults and installs, track job progress
- Oversee accurate invoicing and reconciliation of customer jobs
- Oversee all payments to trade partners
- Manage ordering, change orders, NCRs, installation dates, customer satisfaction, deficiencies, and job costing
- Ensure response to all google reviews in a timely manner.
- Ensure smooth operation of computer systems and equipment and arrange for maintenance and repair work
- Prepare meeting agendas
- Light bookkeeping
- Requisition supplies and materials.
- Ensure daily social media posting on IG, FB, Google
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Expected salary: $38000 – 40000 per year
