Koch Industries is currently seeking a Talent Sourcing Supervisor to join our Talent Solutions Global Sourcing Team. The Talent Sourcing Supervisor will lead a team of Talent Sourcing Partners focused on presenting and building networks of top talent for Koch’s most niche/hard to fill roles. The Supervisor will work directly with Talent Solutions and business leadership to ensure best in class sourcing strategies are developed and supported. The Supervisor will also facilitate and lead key initiatives and projects with the sourcing team, stakeholders and hiring partners. It will be extremely critical for the person in this role to establish and maintain meaningful relationships across the Koch Companies. This role reports to the Global Sourcing Leader.
Our Talent Solutions teams recruit and source talent for over 10 Koch Resource Companies including Georgia-Pacific, Guardian and Molex.
This position can be remote or at one of our offices in Atlanta, Wichita, Detroit, Chicago or Houston.
What You Will Do In Your Role
- Help design and execute a sourcing strategy that supports our recruiting teams and Koch company talent needs. Ensure consistent alignment of sourcing strategy, aligning sourcing support with recruiting demand.
- Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with recruiting partners and hiring managers. Help ensure Talent Sourcing Partners remained connected to sourcing activities that are both profitable and align with needs of the business.
- Providing mentorship, coaching, guidance and career development to members of your team.
- Providing innovative, scalable solutions to drive our hiring to meet Koch Enterprise business objectives.
- Use data from ATS, CRM and related sourcing technologies to support business decisions and influence positive change.
- Onboarding and training new sourcing team members, when applicable.
- Lead by example through following, setting and sharing sourcing and recruiting best practices.
The Experience You Will Bring
Requirements:
- Direct experience sourcing or recruiting (knowledgeable of various sourcing/recruiting strategies, tools, and solutions). You’ve been in the seat before and you know the challenges your team could face!
- Experience leading a sourcing/recruiting function
- Experience gathering and analyzing metrics/data to identify challenges, trends, and opportunities
- Experience consulting with HR and/or leaders throughout the business on best in class sourcing/recruiting solutions
What Will Put You Ahead
- Global experience with regions outside of the US (i.e. EMEA, LATAM, or APAC)
- Previous experience managing an RPO partner/resources, in addition to internal team members
For this role, we anticipate paying $100,000-$120,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form. At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
