A leading digital streaming network is looking for a Campaign Project Manager to work cross-functionally with agencies, partners, design, content strategy, marketing groups, and the product team to ensure teams are working in concert with one another to hit key campaign launch benchmarks. The successful candidate will have validated experience leading highly complex projects and campaigns, helping to bring them in on time and on budget. The company offers a great work environment!

Campaign Project Manager Pay and Benefits:

  • Hourly pay: $50/hr

Campaign Project Manager Responsibilities:

  • Lead and track multiple high-profile 360-degree marketing campaigns and complex creative timelines simultaneously, specializing in the sports and news vertical, along with originals and brand campaigns.
  • Work with agencies and marketing teams to assess initial requests for information, project parameters, priority scheduling, and creation of all deliverables against established deadlines and marketing strategies.
  • Lead creative project workflow by planning, tracking, managing, and driving all steps in the creative life cycle, including dependencies, matrixed approvals, scope changes, and creative solutions to time/resource constraints.
  • Assess, recommend and implement strategies for increased clarity, communication, production, and workflow efficiencies; partner with Director and relevant stakeholders in continual process refinement and improvement.
  • Lead communication of timelines, status updates, and potential risks to the project team. Partner with internal teams and partners and agencies to identify issues early and suggest workable solutions, weaknesses in current systems, processes, and tools and work to improve them.
  • Create meticulous, contextual workback schedules for all in-house and vendor-driven campaigns, for large volumes of content that spans the full range of marketing deliverables, including logos, key art, trailers, shoots, high-impact digital media, print, press, social, linear, and digital video creative deliverables.
  • Lead meetings, drive agendas, and cross-functional communication, share recaps and next steps.
  • Route creative for approval to multiple cross-functional stakeholders, keeping track of multiple, sometimes conflicting pieces of feedback and integrating it into the workflow seamlessly.
  • Keep daily and hourly track of numerous moving pieces and deliverables.
  • Maintain clear project tracking, status, hot sheets, and risk assessments in project management systems.
  • Partner with agencies and marketing teams within the company as well as externally to help drive expansion and oversee successful launches of originals, brand, sports, and news verticals.
  • Develop project and campaign timelines, communication cadences, and review and delivery process for creative coming from external creative agencies and in-house teams.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure campaigns are kicking off, developing, getting approved, and delivering on time and to scope.

Campaign Project Manager Qualifications:

  • BA/BS
  • Experience working on 360 marketing campaigns within a studio or agency.
  • Significant experience working in creative, marketing campaign project management.
  • Proven history of leading complex projects and campaigns with tight deadlines and multiple dependencies across numerous groups.
  • Fluent familiarity with design, video, and digital file specs, including key art, print, video, social, as well as experience in working closely with agencies and partners on large linear media buys.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple partners at all levels of a corporate organization.
  • Adaptable, flexible, and able to change gears quickly and nimbly when changes happen to processes and projects.
  • Lead scope, budget, and campaign resources.
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills to relay information simply and clearly to creative marketing and cross-functional departments.
  • Can see the big picture and strategy and how seemingly disparate pieces of information may align, while also being laser-focused on the small details.
  • Calm, balanced, level-headed, and collaborative in nature.
  • Experience working in Monday.com, Airtable, JIRA, Google Suite, Slack, and other project management tools. (preferred)
  • Project Management certification(s). (preferred)

Job Type:

  • 40 hours/week, 6 Month Assignment

Expected salary: $50 per hour
