Preparing journal entries
Competing bank reconcilations
Running financial statements
Some financial analyses
Preparing balance sheet working paper files and account reconciliations
Ad hoc Accounting duties as needed
Qualifications
Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUPs & and Pivot Tables
Yardi experience is an asset
Tech savvy, ability to pick up new software quickly
Hands on experience with full cycle accounting
Able to work indepentently or as part of a team
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
Minimum 5+ years Accounting Experience
