Job description: Serva Health is a fast-growing healthcare technology and services company located in Mount Laurel, New Jersey, and is seekinga Business Analyst /Project Managerwhose duties include project management and oversight, requirements gathering/documentation, scope management, issue resolution, quality assurance, and ensuring client satisfaction. Reporting directly to the Business Unit Leader, this role requires someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and can communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
For over a decade, Serva Health has collaborated with some of the largest healthcare and pharmaceutical companies in the world and has continued to develop and refine several software platforms that have been created entirely in-house for the healthcare industry. We are looking to add excellent talent to our core software development team that shares our passion and to help us build our custom development business unit.
COMPENSATION:$75K – $85K depending on experience. Relocation assistance is availableBUT NOT VISA SPONSORSHIP.
TRAVEL:Up to 25%. This is not a travel-heavy consulting role.
REPORTS TO:Business Unit Leader
BUSINESS ANALYST / PROJECT MANAGER POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of recent experience managing software development projects for external clients
- 2+ years of recent business analysis experience
- 2+ years of recent project management experience
- Must be located near our Mount Laurel, NJ,officeor willing to relocate upon offer (not a remote opportunity)
- Experience managing Software Application Development projects
- A good understanding of the SDLC and project management methodologies
- Ability to effectively manage project scope, schedule, and cost
- Ability to identify and manage issues and risks
- Ability to conduct business analysis exercises with the client
- Requirements gathering and documentation skills
- Must be proactive with solid organizational and time management skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Strong capabilities in MS Office suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
- Undergraduate and/or Masters in a discipline requiring a strong analytical aptitude
