The Accountant will be in charge of the full accounting cycle, including, amongst other tasks, bookkeeping, analyze monthly financial statements and accounts payable and receivables for the cooperate shop.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Full cycle bookkeeping of accounts (including, but not limited to, making journal entries and
account reconciliations) of the shop;
- Keep accurate and complete records of all financial and administrative activities;
- Manage all aspects of accounts payables, accounts receivables and billing as required;
- Preparation, verification and accounting of payroll;
- Preparing the monthly tax return for consumption;
- Perform monthly reconciliation of accounts;
- Prepare and provide support for the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial
statements of the shop;
- Analyze the monthly financial statements;
- Other related tasks as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or other related discipline and / or equivalent
combination of postsecondary education and relevant technical experience
- Bilingualism (French and English) is considered an asset
- Knowledge and Proficiency of Sage accounting system
- At least 3-5 years full cycle accounting experience
- Experience performing full accounting cycle in a collision shop preferred
- Excellent computer skills and general understanding of computer accounting systems
- Practical knowledge of the Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, PPT
