- Enhance & establish the IT Process QA program
- Review & update policies & procedures based on regulatory requirements
- Identify key IT processes & critical controls
- Design IT process QA plan covering all IT functions: Application Development, Project Management, IT infrastructure, Change Management, IT risk management & Cyber Security
- Prepare IT process QA reports
- Establish & enhance IT issue & Problem Management program, review & update policies based on industry standards & regulatory requirements
- Conduct investigations, prepare Issue & Problem Management
Opportunity to be part of a crucial IT project Opportunity to liaise with senior members & take full control of the project
- Bachelors degree is required
- Minimum 10 years experience in IT Process QA & IT Issue & Problem Management
- Financial Services background is required
- In depth knowledge in US regulations & industry best practices
- Ability to communicate with senior management members

Expected salary: $83194 per year
