Job description: Adecco is currently hiring for a Customer Service Representative IT (French/English)) to work initially remotely for one of our clients located in London, ON. To qualify for this Customer Service Representative IT (French/English)) role, you must be fluent in French and English with knowledge of computers, possess excellent customer service skills and have the ability to work rotational shifts including Saturdays and Sundays in a fast- paced environment.
Our client is a large, reliable and reputable organization within the financial services industry. This is a six months contract full time position, paying $18.85/hr (plus shift premiums) with the possibility of extension.
Customer Service Representative IT (French/English) Main Responsibilities: * Service applications/systems and provide applications/systems operational availability
- Schedule packaging and release new applications
- Set up, maintain and monitor applications/systems
- Handles incident management for outages
- Adhere to established regulations, policies and guidelines in completing daily activities and audits
Customer Service Representative IT (French/English) Main Requirements: * Completion of High School. College training in Computer Science or similar area preferred
- Minimum 1-year related experience
- Must be able to communicate effectively in oral and written French & English
- Must have knowledge of circuit boards, processors, computer hardware and software
- Solid problem solving and customer service skills
- A team player who collaborates effectively with peers and other teams
