Pay: $60, 000/ year + commission (60/40)

Location: Team is based out of Richmond, BC but successful candidate can be seated anywhere in Canada as position will be remote.

Contract: 12 months (maternity leave coverage)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead inside sales and field team (4- 5 individuals) ensuring they have the skills, knowledge, and overall readiness to successfully achieve their revenue targets – acquiring new accounting firms and growing existing, while delivering increased revenue and contributing to growth.
  • Manages a team responsible for the following: Placing outbound calls to prospects and managing the sales cycle across multiple stages through a consultative sales process, ensuring diligent record keeping, precise follow up, and exceeding targets consistently.
  • Recommends changes to policies and establishes procedures that affect immediate organization. Understands current business trends. Oversight of day-to-day operations of team and acts as an advisor to subordinates to meet schedules and/or resolve technical problems. Develops and administers schedules, performance requirements.
  • Drive the development of value-based sales and consistent high performance
  • Manages the implementation of technical and process improvement strategies to maximize performance
  • Maintains continuous communication with management to develop and agree upon objectives, training, performance management and career development plans.
  • Responsible for call monitoring, feedback, and coaching to agents, and communicating daily results.
  • Hire, build and develop high performing sales colleagues.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years experience in B2B inside sales management experience preferably in SaaS, IT, Tech and/or Call Centre environment
  • Must be strong in sales training, coaching, and personnel development.
  • Must be able to integrate rapidly with an existing team
  • High-energy leader with the ability to energize sales staff to attain and exceed ambitious goals
  • Background in developing a successful sales and account management team
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills required.
  • Must have proven ability to coach and provide feedback to drive results in a fast pace environment
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and implement change management.
  • Able to proactively identify calling campaign trends and opportunities based on campaign results
  • Accounting background (nice to have)
  • CPA or accounting diploma (nice to have)
  • Knowledge of CRM software (preferred)
