Job description: Splendid Spoon is looking for a full-time Customer Experience Associate to provide customers with best-in-class care and support. This is a multi-layer position that provides unmatched quality support for Splendid Spoon customers by email, phone, and social media with room for growth within a tight-knit team. The ideal candidate will become an expert in our customers and product, a trusted advisor for our community, and help share insights with the broader Splendid Spoon team.

Salary – Starts at $21/hour

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver best-in-class customer support with compassion, timeliness, and warmth
  • Act as the voice of Splendid Spoon and embody the brand in all interactions
  • Become a trusted advisor to our Spoon Crew community and customers, helping individuals tap into the power of real, nourishing food
  • Seek out customer-first solutions to any new issue, building customer loyalty and creating opportunities for connection
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of our products and plans, as well as curiosity and awareness of new trends and research in the health and wellness industry
  • Record and relay customer feedback and concerns to internal teams including tech, marketing, operations, and product development to allow for continual improvement of the customer experience

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience working in customer service
  • Superior written and oral communication skills
  • Strong people skills – empathy, personality, humor, warmth, kindness, listening skills
  • Hardworking, entrepreneurial, and eager to grow within an organization
  • Strategic problem solver with a “no job is too small” attitude
  • Available to work within the hours of 9 am-9 pm EST, including weekends
  • Familiarity with Zendesk or other customer service software
  • Previous work from home experience a plus
