RESPONSIBILITIES
The Administration Inventory Clerk duties will include but not be limited to the following:
- Full cycle accounts receivable/payable
- Matching Paperwork
- Collections
- Credit/debits
- Looking for discrepancies
- Filing
- Reconciliations
- Data entry company expenses
- Data entry Purchase Orders and sales orders
- Answering incoming calls
- Other accounting functions may be required
QUALIFICATIONS
What skills do you possess?
- You have 1 -2 + years of bookkeeping experience
- Detail-oriented
- Keen attention to detail
- Organized and great time management skills
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively within a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence and ability to adapt quickly and work independently
- Proficient in learning new software
