You’ll be part of the core team working with our leadership team in Product, Technology and Sales.

Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead Hockeystick’s growth marketing strategies for our new product
- Plan, develop, lead, and execute digital advertising campaigns (Paid search, Display, Remarketing & Paid social) across different marketing and social media platforms
- Negotiate and maintain key marketing partnerships
- Manage the development of high-converting landing pages using Hubspot
- Understand and analyze all marketing metrics and present to senior leadership on a weekly basis
- Lead the implementation of the marketing strategy, including marketing and promotional campaigns, digital marketing, and PR
Our ideal candidate has:
- Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Marketing, Business or a related field with previous work experience
- 5+ years of direct and relevant experience in B2B marketing (previous experience in SaaS company/ technology startup is a plus.)
- Hands-on expertise in Google Marketing Tools (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager) & Paid Social Platforms (Linkedin Ads, Facebook)
- Deep knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing)
- Experience with Email marketing tools, CRM tools (Hubspot preferred)
- Excellent time management, strong attention to details, and committed to meeting deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong creative outlook
