Job description: Seeking an Online Production Operations Budget Analyst with a passion for process, data, and solutions. Help to manage financial planning and analysis of our key strategic initiatives across Online Production teams. Reporting to Product Owner of Global Production Operations; collaboration is key as we work across multiple brands and markets globally.

- Support Online capital planning by tracking project spend and conducting analysis
- Support Fiscal Year budget and monthly estimate while developing a framework to monitor, measure, analyze and predict spend, and compare variances to budget, latest estimate, and last year
- Support the Long Range Planning process while developing financial and forecast planning that support key business strategies and objectives, and ensure investments are reflected in respective brand financial plans globally
- Partners and leads monthly budget planning calls with Regional Teams (APAC, EMEA, LATAM, UK, Global)
- Manage budget allocation while actively communicating with senior stakeholders to keep track of budgetary requests and project details
- Conduct spend analysis and provide insightful reporting that helps to influence and guide stakeholders to make the best-informed investment decisions
- Brainstorm and create efficiencies to improve financial operational processes
- Creates process, work-flow chart diagrams, and training documents to maintain standards and policies

- 5+ years of financial planning and analysis experience
- Demonstrated ability to transform vast amounts of data into analytics, insights, and action
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to collaborate and drive cross-functional consensus
- Be transformative, curious, entrepreneurial, forward-thinking, highly organized, analytical and detail-oriented
- Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting or economics or equivalent professional experience
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills with high proficiency in Excel (vlookup, sumifs, macros) and Visio (or similar workflow tool i.e. Lucidchart, Draw.io, etc…)
